Qualitest offers Clemex CMT image analysis software is a flexible yet affordable software solution that enables you to acquire, measure and even analyze the results of your Vickers or Knoop hardness test. The automatic image analysis software measures the size or area of your indentation and calculates the Vickers hardness of your test piece. The Clemex CMT software will guide you while testing case depth or other test patterns and the result of your complete test can be analyzed using the software. The Clemex CMT software will also generate customized reports with your company logotype.

The Clemex CMT package works with a 1.3 Megapixel USB camera that will give you a live shot of your sample as you move into the right position for your test.

Our Clemex CMT package is compatible and can be delivered with our line of Vickers and Knoop Hardness testers

The Clemex CMT software is also an ideal solution for upgrading or retrofitting older hardness testers. Install the software on your own computer, attach the camera to the hardness tester using our universal camera adapter and plug in the USB camera. The system is very easy to install and can be setup on most micro and macro Vickers/Knoop testers

Interface Overview

1. Desktop Resolution
   Get maximum visibility of all your windows by running in a high-resolution environment of up to 1600 x 1200 pixels.

   An intuitive image window interface allows you to easily view your indents.
3. Set Stage Patterns
   Assists the user when measuring case depth or other patterns
4. Summary Results
   Results are clearly displayed in the results window. Tracking and analysis of indents is made simple with the
   "go back to indent" function and manual or automatic measure functions.

Accurate Results

Using a high-resolution digital camera, Clemex CMT acquires images with a resolution of 1.3 megapixels that's 400% more than the competition. Additionally, indent diagonals are measured from tip to tip using dimensional calibration based on a high precision stage micrometer - unlike subjective calibration methods used by some systems.

Report Generation

Print results directly from the Clemex CMT software or export data to the spreadsheet program of your choice for further statistical analysis. Images and histograms can easily be copied and laid out in a standard or customized MS Word report template.

Standard Compliant

ISO and other standards' compliance measures are simplified with built in validation functions. By indenting and measuring various certified test blocks prior to an actual analysis routine you can eliminate the potential for errors and inefficiencies. Predetermined validation intervals can be established to periodically ensure that the system meets standards.
