QualiSpark 7000 is spark emission spectrometer which uses high-resolution linear CCD (Charge-coupled Device) to perform full-spectrum scanning. It is widely used to analyze elements of a variety of base metal samples.

Its advantages include:

  • Its excitation light source is a full-digital solid-state light source with excitation energy and continuously adjustable frequency, suitable for various materials, and original position single discharge acquisition technique for improved precision

Applications

QualiSpark 7000 is used mainly for material testing of various matrix. It determines all of the elements used in the metal industry, including metal analysis for carbon, phosphorous, sulfur and nitrogen. Without the space limitation caused by PMT,

QualiSpark 7000 can choose elements freely according to the demands of customers without additional hardware modification. The adjustable solid spark source is used to optimize the analysis of different materials.

QualiSpark 7000 is used in the fields of metallurgy, casting, machinery, metal processing, etc., the spectrometer offers outstanding performance in terms of pre-furnace testing, production process control and finished products testing in central laboratory. It is widely used for elemental analysis of metals like Fe, Al, Cu, Ni, Co, Mg, Ti, Zn, Pb, Sn, Ag and alloys.
