Frazier Differential Pressure Air Permeability Tester
The Low Pressure Air Permeability Machine was developed by the National Institute of Standards and Technology of measuring the air permeability of textile type materials. and It is the acknowledged standard of the U.S. Government and the U.S. Textile Industry. The second model, High Pressure Air Permeability Machine is produced on the same principle as the Low Pressure Machine, but designed with a much greater versatility for use through its higher attainable airflow and differential pressure. Martindale Abrasion Tester
The Martindale Abrasion Tester is designed to determine the abrasion resistance of textile fabrics. Fabrics of all types, including the types used in the shoe industry, may be tested by this method, including woven, non-woven, and knit apparel fabrics, household fabrics, industrial fabrics, and floor coverings. Abrasion resistance is measured by subjecting the specimen to a rubbing motion in the form of a geometric figure. Resistance to abrasion is evaluated by various means, including comparison to visual aids in the form of photographs or actual samples. Dyeing Rubbing Tester
This state-of-the-art dyeing rubbing tester allows the user to judge the color firmness of dyeing or printed materials. The abrasive hammer is wrapped with either a dry or wet white cotton cloth, thus allowing abrasion of the colored sample with certain loads and times. The sample is then compared with a gray-scale to judge the color firmness.
For colored fabric or leather and similar materials, test the dyeing-color firmness against abrasion. Use the standard white cotton cloth (dry or wet) to wrap the abrasion hammer and attach with a fix load weight. Set abrasion to a specific number of times smoothly to the colored specimen. Then take out the white cotton cloth to compare with the standard gray-scale and evaluate the level of color firmness or dying or printing of the material.
Manual Wrap Reel
The manual wrap reel allows the user to wind yarn thread with the required length, and then test its strength of lea and quality. It can also be used for calculating the yarn-count.
The circumference on the manual wrap reel is adjustable. This will not disarray the yarn thread and will prevent overlapping. When revolving, this instrument can reduce the counts and time of revolving. The counter is used to read the instant winding-revolution.

Launder Meter - Launder Tester
The Launder Meter - Launder Tester - QT-7021 is designed to evaluate the color fastness to laundering of Textiles. A textile specimen in contact with one or two specified adjacent fabrics is mechanically agitated under prescribed condition of time and temperature in a soap solution, then rinsed and dried. The change in color of the specimen and the staining of the adjacent fabric or fabrics are assessed by comparison with the grey scales.
The Scorch Tester - QT-7022 is mainly used for testing the sublimation and firmness of fiber goods. The Scorch Tester - QT-7022 has electric heated plates between which the specimen is placed for a fixed time period, after which it is taken out and compared with a grey scale to appraise grade of color dyeing sublimation-endurance.
