W3/330 Water Vapour Transmission Rate System

Water Vapor Transmission Rate Test System is applicable in water vapour transmission rate testing for plastic films, laminated films, sheets, solar energy back sheets, high barrier materials, foils, OLED, water-proof membranes and bottles, pouches, jars, boxes made of plastic, rubber, paper, glass and metal, as well as medical devices, etc. By measuring the water vapor transmission rate, technical index of products (packaging materials e.g.) can be controlled and adjusted, in order to meet different demands in product application.

The W3/330 water Vapour Transmission Rate System is computer controlled with 3 testing chambers integrated in one block, which minimizes the leakage possibility. All the three chambers are independent which makes testing more efficient. The system is equipped with mixed testing control of water vapour transmission rate and oxygen transmission rate and ensures constant temperature and constant humidity control. The testing data can be stored in the data base which is searchable for future reference.
