300kN Universal Testing Machine QM-300M1F
Universal Testing Machine QM-300M1F is capable of conducting material and product tests up to 300 kN. This universal tensile tester is equipped with a servo motor, a precise transmission system, and an advanced M1F controller system. The M1F software is compatible with Windows systems and can analyze tests such as tensile, compression, bending, peeling, and tearing strength.
The machine’s rigid and durable structure ensures stable testing and reduces damage. This series of tensile testing machines can be applied to metals, composites, construction materials, and other materials requiring high test force.
Low noise operations and accurate test results are guaranteed. The 7-inch TFT touch screen is an optional accessory that allows for standalone testing. The crosshead’s movement can be finely adjusted using the jog controller, making calibration and positioning more convenient and safe, thus preventing overload. The speed range is 0.2-375 mm/min, conforming to various standards.
