Coefficient of Friction Tester - FX-7000 can be configured to suit your individual needs for economical, quality control testing of Friction properties of film products. Each instrument is designed for ease of use and maintenance, while meeting the standards for ASTM testing. Films, Paper, and Foils can be tested with these instruments along with Heat or Chemical Seals.

In the past, film and sheet producers and converters have the choice of off-line Coefficient of friction (COF) testers which are manually operated stand-alone machines, or expensive computer-operated machines. Now you can have both in a single instrument. FX-7000 is a simple to use analog-based friction tester, and FX-7100 is a stand-alone digital-based tester with optional software for automatic calculation and graphical display of static and kinetic friction data.
