Main Function:

This instrument is a new generation Vickers hardness tester. It adopts the integrated design of a hardness tester and a panel computer, and all the testing parameters can be selected on the panel computer. With a touchscreen, it operates quickly and conveniently, displaying clearly and intuitively. Utilizing a CCD image acquisition system, it can showcase dynamic indentation images, lock the image, and automatically obtain Vickers hardness values with high precision and stability, avoiding human errors. The hardness tester with comprehensive functions reaches an advanced level.

It uses the integrated design of a hardness tester and a panel computer, running on the Windows 7 operating system. It possesses all the functions of a computer and can be connected to output devices such as an external screen and printer. It features three objectives for measurement, automatic recognition, and shifting between the objective and the indenter.

The lifting screw uses a worm and gear structure for smooth transmission. With a digital X-Y test table, it ensures more precise positioning and measurement. Test force loading, dwell, and unloading are automatically completed. The CCD image acquisition system displays images clearly and obtains hardness values automatically. It also includes a hardness scale conversion function. It can automatically save the measuring data, generate hardness-depth curves, and save them as WORD or EXCEL documents.

Application Range:

Suitable for ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, IC thin sections, coatings, ply-metals; glass, ceramics, agate, precious stones, thin plastic sections, etc. It is applicable for hardness testing on the depth and the trapezium of the carbonized layers and quench-hardened layers.
