Explore Qualitest's Advanced Spectroscopy Instruments

Qualitest is proud to introduce to you our state-of-the-art spectroscopy instruments ranging from optical to atomic absorption, at the best price. We offer advanced solutions to clients around the world to improve product quality, productivity and analytical processes.

Carbon and Sulphur Analyzer (Infrared): QT-CS-3000G is a highly advanced infrared carbon and Sulphur analyzer which is equipped with two sets of sample pre-treatment units, the two treatment units are, resistance furnace and the high frequency induction furnace which share the same infrared detection system for analyzing the percentage of Sulphur and Carbon in combustion gases.

QT-CSA-3000G facilitates the detection of carbon and Sulphur in a wide range of specimens, such as steel, cast iron, alloy, metal ore, ceramics, cement, lime, rubber, coal, coke, refractory, carbide, graphite, oil, catalyst, soil and other solid materials. The option to select and switch between two furnaces makes it a very versatile instrument and therefore can be used to analyze the Carbon and Sulphur contents of a wide range of materials with high precision.

QT-CSA-3000G standard configuration is equipped with three separate infrared absorption cells housed in three physical channels, two carbon channels and one sulfur channel, same can be configured with four independent infrared absorption cells with four physical channels, two for carbon detection and two for sulfur detection based on application and sample material under consideration. Oxygen/Nitrogen/Hydrogen Analyzer: Oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen strongly influence the properties of metals (like steel, titanium, copper) which makes a reliable and precise measurement of these elements an important part of the quality control process.

QT-ONH-3000 Oxygen/Nitrogen/Hydrogen Analyzer is a new and advanced product. It is used for oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen determination in ferrous and non-ferrous metals, rare earth materials, alloy. Learn more

Atomic Absorption Spectrometer: Atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) is used to analyze metal samples by determining the presence and concentration of metals in a liquid sample. Metals include Fe, Cu, Al, Pb, Ca, Zn, Cd and many more. It also measures the concentrations of metals in the samples. Typical concentrations range in the low mg/L range.

In their elemental form, metals will absorb ultraviolet light when they are excited by heat. Each metal has a characteristic wavelength that will be absorbed. The AAS instrument looks for a particular metal by focusing a beam of UV light at a specific wavelength through a flame and into a detector. The sample of interest is aspirated into the flame. If that metal is present in the sample, it will absorb some of the light, thus reducing its intensity. These instruments measure the change in intensity. A computer data system converts the change in intensity into an absorbance. Learn more

Optical Emission Spectrometer - OES: The optical emission spectroscopy line from Qualitest features some of the most robust and efficient OES spectrometers. This line of OES spectrometers serves a wide range of uses. From the more traditional use of optical emission spectroscopy of analysis of unknown compounds and elements to elemental analysis of lubricating oils, transmission fluids, fuels, hydraulic fluids and much more this line of optical emission spectrometers can do it all. Atomic Emission Spectrometer: The Atomic Emission Spectrometer is mainly used in the quantitative analysis of metallic element and partial non-metallic element in liquid sample (including the solid sample which can convert into a solution by chemical processing). The solution is placed into a plasma torch in the form of an aerosol. The sample will be evaporated and stimulated, and it will emit light with the characteristic wavelengths of its elements. Its spectral intensity is received by photoelectric element, converted to electrical signals and recorded by a beam-splitting by beam-splitting system.

The Atomic Emission Spectrometer has good stability, low limit of detection (LOD), rapid analysis, low operation cost, easy maintenance, strong anti-interference capacity and many more features. Learn more
