The optional display panel allows for stand-alone operation of tests such as tensile, compression, and peeling. The maintenance-free transmission mechanisms significantly reduce future maintenance issues. The machine is equipped with an independent electronic control box to avoid signal interference and enhance test stability, making it easier to maintain and update the electronic system in the future.
The manual jog feature improves the accuracy of positioning and calibration. The high-speed feedback signal minimizes the risk of overload. Additionally, the machine can accept external signals for various control modes.
Main Features:
Advanced Testing System
- The 32-bit high-precision resolution and optimized 1200Hz data acquisition allow users to acquire precise and accurate test results.
- The system is equipped with two sets of A/D and encoder signal modules respectively, and can be expanded with other modules like voltage, electric current, etc.
Complete Speed Control
- In the software, various speed modes are applicable to constant load/stress/strain/speed settings and to multi-step speed setting. The speed ranges from 0.0002mm/min to 3000mm/min, conforming to a wide range of test standards.
Function for Auto Positioning (optional)
- Set up default starting position of fixtures to ensure consistency between tests. When the function is activated, the fixtures move to the assigned position automatically.
Constant Creep Test
- Creep test can be conducted over 1 month with the data fully recorded, enabling users to conduct analysis and save results.
Reciprocating Testing (Cyclic Testing)
- Multiple steps for cyclic test and test analysis are available in the software. For example, in step N, acquire the max. load, min. load, elongation, stress, displacement, etc.

Accessories
| Display Panel |
|---|
The Universal Material Testing Machine M2F series features a 7" color touch TFT display panel that supports English and other languages. It displays force, pressure, displacement, and time, and supports various test conditions such as test speed, direction, auto-return, and stopping at the break point. The machine can analyze maximum force, interval force, force at the break point, and more. It offers multiple stop condition settings, including force, displacement, time, and elongation. It also supports over-travel, overload, and overtime stop protection settings. You can save up to 50 test results, with the option to save to a USB drive. The machine can be restored to factory settings and calibrated in stand-alone mode. It supports switching between Metric and Imperial units. | |
| QM-L-Ext Long Extensometer |
| The QM-L-Ext Long Extensometer is designed for materials with elongation greater than 20%, such as rubber, plastic, PE, fabric, and webbing. The specimens are typically shaped like dumbbells. This extensometer can be connected to a machine to automatically detect the deformation of the test piece during testing. | |
| QM-S-Ext Clip-on Extensometer |
| The QM-S-Ext Clip-on Extensometer is designed to measure the deformation of metals and hard plastics with less than 100% elongation. It can measure the complete deformation rate during the test without needing to be dismantled. For specimens with longer gauge lengths or higher elongation rates, customized longer extensometers are also available. | |
