RDE-OES Dual Optic Elemental Analyzer

RDE-OES Dual Optic Elemental Analyzer - QualiRDE™ 2000

RDE-OES gives maintenance and laboratory teams a fast way to measure wear metals, contaminants, and additive elements in oils and related fluids. The QualiRDE™ 2000 is designed for direct oil analysis with no gas support, no added chemical reagents, and no sample pretreatment, making it a strong fit for labs that need quick turnaround and dependable condition-monitoring data.

This model is a rotating graphite disc electrode oil analysis spectrometer built on atomic emission spectroscopy, with a high-energy arc excitation power supply, rotating disc and rod electrode system, Paschen-Runge optical structure, CCD measurement and control system, and dedicated analysis software. It is positioned for elemental analysis of both dissolved and suspended trace elements in synthetic and mineral lubricants.

The QualiRDE™ 2000 is an RDE-OES Dual Optic Elemental Analyzer developed for precise quantitative analysis of trace elements in lubricating oils and similar fluids. It is intended for laboratories and maintenance teams that need to monitor machine wear, lubricant condition, additive depletion, and contamination without lengthy sample preparation. The instrument supports direct testing of oil samples placed in a sample cup, which helps simplify routine workflows.

This model combines a high-energy arc excitation system, rotating disc and rod electrode assembly, high-performance CCD optical system, and integrated industrial control computer. This instrument is dual optical systems, dual fiber optic input, constant-temperature optical control, and proprietary spectral analysis software with data management, trend analysis, and predictive functions.
