The EV Battery Motor Test Chiller is a robust cooling system designed for testing electric vehicle (EV) batteries and motors. Operating within a temperature range of (-25℃~+100℃) the chiller utilizes a sophisticated process flow. In this system, liquid refrigerant in the evaporator interacts with circulating air in the tank, transitioning from liquid to gas. The compressor then draws the high-temperature, high-pressure refrigerant gas, passing it through an oil separator to remove machine oil.
Subsequently, the gas enters the condenser, exchanging heat with ambient air or cooling water, transforming into high-pressure normal-temperature liquid. After passing through a filter, the refrigerant is depressurized by an expansion valve, becoming a low-pressure liquid that enters the evaporator for effective cooling.
An 80L pressure vessel is utilized for injecting antifreeze solution in a fully closed circulation system, preventing contact with external air and ensuring water condensation. The expansion tank, protected by nitrogen, extends the temperature range of the heat transfer liquid, and the risk of oxidation is minimized, enhancing the longevity of the thermally conductive liquid. This comprehensive design makes the EV Battery Motor Test Chiller an efficient and durable solution for testing and maintaining optimal operating conditions for EV batteries and motors.
