Advanced Cooling and Heating Chiller (50°C to 300°C)

QualiCHC™ Adv Series is a cooling and heating chiller designed to deliver stable, repeatable temperature control for circulating fluids through external reactors, jacketed vessels, coils, or test fixtures.

This Process Thermostat platform combines refrigeration, electric heating, and a recirculation pump in one compact system to support both sub-ambient cooling and elevated temperature setpoints across a wide working range.

A cooling and heating chiller helps labs and production teams control process temperatures with tighter stability than tap water or improvised ice baths. QualiCHC™ Adv Series supports internal tank control and external circulation, depending on how the unit is configured in the workflow.

This Process Thermostat family is intended for continuous duty temperature conditioning where repeatability matters. Typical use includes holding a constant setpoint, running step changes, and maintaining temperature during heat loads from exothermic reactions or equipment operation.

How a Process Thermostat works

The unit conditions a working fluid using two subsystems. A refrigeration loop removes heat for cooling, and an electric heater adds heat for warming. A circulation pump moves the conditioned fluid through either the internal reservoir or an external loop.

Control method

A digital controller regulates output using temperature feedback from the bath and/or circulation line. Setpoint control supports stable holding performance, while pump flow and plumbing selection determine how quickly the external load reaches equilibrium.
