Advanced Electric Heating Freeze Dryer – QualiFD™ Adv EH Series
An Electric Heating Freeze Dryer such as the QualiFD™ Adv EH is an in-situ Electroc Heating Freeze Dryer Machine built for controlled shelf heating, programmable cycle execution, and repeatable lyophilization. The QualiFD™ Adv EH is positioned to help reduce material contamination risk by supporting pre-freezing and drying within the same system. Flexible manual and automatic control modes support both process development and routine batch work.
QualiFD™ Adv EH combines shelf heating with recipe-based control to manage freezing, sublimation, and drying under vacuum. A transparent, colorless acrylic chamber door supports full observation of the freeze-drying process during operation. A safety-diaphragm inflation valve supports connection to an inert gas source for controlled backfill after drying.
A gas diversion approach is described to improve even ice capture in the cold trap. PID shelf temperature control is used to reduce shelf temperature differences and support uniform drying. The platform includes a 7-inch true-color industrial touchscreen and a control system that can store hundreds of recipes, with multi-segment temperature programming for cycle optimization.
