Theory and Method
A refrigeration module removes heat from the circulating bath fluid, while an electric heater adds heat when the temperature needs to rise. A temperature sensor feeds real-time data to the controller, which modulates cooling/heating output to maintain the setpoint with minimal fluctuation.
The built-in circulation pump moves fluid inside the bath for uniformity and can also drive an external loop through circulation ports for jacketed vessels or remote loads. Safety logic monitors bath temperature and liquid level to trigger over-temperature and low-water alarms when needed.
