High-Efficiency design of Heating Plates
Meticulously Engineered Heating Plate
The integration of heating and cooling circuits into a single component ensures precise temperature control and a rapid response. Reducing the volume of the heating plate not only shortens the heating time but also minimizes energy wastage. Each heating plate is designed with two sets of heating zones to ensure more even temperature distribution.
Quick Heat-Up Design
Equipped with multiple sets of heating rods in both the upper and lower heating plates, enabling faster heating and enhancing heating uniformity.
Equalization of Cooling
The upper and lower heating plates operate with independent cooling circuits, allowing for a more uniform cooling rate between the two plates. Additionally, an internal pressurized assistance mechanism is incorporated to enhance cooling water circulation.
Controllable Cooling Mechanism
The cooling speed can be controlled according to the requirements during the molding process.
Heating Plate Leveling Calibration
Prior to shipment, the machine will undergo meticulous upper and lower plate leveling adjustments to eliminate issues such as uneven sample molding thickness and irregular pressing during the molding process.
Diversified Functionality and Operations
Programmable Step Settings
Configurable preheating temperature, pre-pressures, temperatures, and times with up to 8-step condition settings enable users to make step-by-step adjustments to force, temperature, and time parameters. After pressurization and heating are completed, the water cooling function will automatically turn on and off. Upon completion of the molding process, the machine will automatically open the mold, allowing users to retrieve the sample.
Force & Temperature Controller
The controller provides real-time graphs depicting changes in force, temperature, and time throughout the molding process. Users can conveniently record the data in Excel format on a USB for further analysis. The data generated during the process can be recorded in Excel format on a USB flash drive, allowing users to easily analyze the information. The preview feature offers a visual representation, allowing users to easily comprehend the set conditions for each step.
Real-Time Display of Sample Stress
Equipped with a built-in sample area input field, users have the flexibility to choose sample stress as the parameter for display and control, providing a more comprehensive understanding of the actual stress experienced by the sample during the molding process.
Molding Condition Saving Feature
Users are provided with the option to save configuration settings for different samples and molding conditions, which can be conveniently loaded for future molding processes.

Long-Duration Operation Hydraulic System
The system enables continuous usage for up to 8 hours while ensuring that the oil temperature remains within the optimal range. This feature effectively reduces oil aging and extends the machine's lifespan.
Safety Protection Mechanism
A Secure Protective Gate
While pressurizing and heating the machine, it is essential to keep the gate closed at all times to ensure user safety. In the event of any accidental gate opening, the machine will automatically halt its operation and display on-screen reminders along with audible alerts, prompting the operator to take necessary actions for each step.
Equipped with Over-Heating Protection
In the event of a temperature control system failure, resulting in the temperature exceeding the machine's limit, an independent circuit is activated, automatically cutting off the power supply to the machine.
