Basic Electric Heating Freeze Dryer – QualiFD™ BEH Series

The platform supports pre-freezing and drying inside the same chamber, which helps reduce handling steps and contamination risk.
Models in this series scale from lab and pilot work to higher-capacity production needs. Manual and automatic control are both available for method development and routine batches. QualiFD™ BEH Series uses electrically heated shelves with programmable temperature segments to manage freezing, primary drying, and secondary drying.
Temperature parameters can be adjusted during automatic runs, and segments can be skipped when a process change is needed. A transparent acrylic chamber door supports visual observation during freeze-drying. A safety diaphragm valve supports inert gas connection for controlled backfill after drying. The FD-EMB control system supports recipe storage, optimization, and real-time data recording with export.
