• The system features a fully automatic design for oxygen filling, releasing, and bomb lifting operations. Its unique circulating water bucket system automatically determines the water volume for each test, ensuring precision and consistency.
• The newly designed stainless-steel oxygen bomb is easy to assemble and disassemble, while the high-efficiency propeller provides superior stirring and faster heat transfer. Each analysis can be completed in under 11 minutes per sample.
• The innovative automatic press-type oxygen filling and releasing mechanism eliminates blockages and delivers greater stability compared to conventional automatic calorimeters.

• The system is equipped with a semiconductor thermostatic water tank that provides both heating and cooling functions. It ensures highly accurate temperature control with lower power consumption and reduced noise compared to conventional compressor-based systems.
• Offering a high level of automation, the unit performs bomb lifting and lowering, oxygen filling and releasing, pressure and airtightness detection, constant water volume adjustment, temperature control, pipeline flushing, and water replacement automatically.
• The built-in laser ignition system simplifies operation—no ignition wire installation is required.

• The system’s large heat capacity ensures highly accurate and consistent measurement results. It supports two ignition methods—nickel wire and cotton thread—offering flexibility for various testing requirements.

Its helix-tube multi-point isothermal technology creates a controlled and stable internal environment—comprising the jacket and jacket lid—with a temperature difference of less than 0.05 °C. This design minimizes the influence of external factors such as airflow and ambient temperature, ensuring consistent and dependable test results.

• The system features separate jacket and bucket water circuits. After each test, the bucket water automatically returns to the tank, preventing interference between the inlet and outlet flows of the bucket and jacket water, while maintaining stable jacket water temperature.
• It also includes automatic airtightness detection to prevent oxygen leakage that could affect test accuracy, along with automatic oxygen pressure monitoring to ensure optimal filling—avoiding both insufficient and excessive oxygen levels for reliable results.
