QualiVMM™ Canti Auto Series is a cantilever-style CNC vision system designed for fast, repeatable dimensional inspection in QC labs and production floors. It uses three-axis CNC control for precise positioning, supported by a granite base and pillar for stable measurement conditions.

A 0.5 μm grating scale and a high-resolution digital camera help deliver reliable edge capture and measurement repeatability. The platform also includes a 6.5X HD optical lens with zoom and one-time pixel correction to support accurate scaling across magnifications.

- Lighting quality often determines edge detection quality. The 5-ring, 8-zone LED surface lighting plus contour illumination enables contrast control across reflective, dark, or textured surfaces. It also supports consistent imaging across different operators and shifts.
2.5D to 3D workflows using optional sensors
- Some jobs require height or surface information beyond 2D measurements. Optional configurations can add a touch probe or laser module for contact or scan-based measurement workflows. This supports more advanced inspection needs when parts require 3D elements.
