Cantilever Instant Vision System – QualiVS™ Canti Series

A Vision System built for high-throughput dimensional measurement, QualiVS™ Canti Series combines a cantilever bridge structure with dual high-resolution cameras and dual telecentric lenses to measure features quickly with minimal operator variability. The system supports both high-precision mode and wide-field mode, helping QC teams balance speed and measurement performance depending on part type and inspection plan.

This Machine Vision System uses multi-source LED lighting (contour and surface) to improve contrast on mixed finishes, plus joystick/mouse control and programmable routines for repeatable inspection. Travel options cover common production needs, and additional travel ranges can be customized based on application requirements.
