Full Process Control and High Precision

• The sample introduction system features an air curtain design that prevents outside air from entering the furnace. A flow-balancing unit minimizes sample splashing during loading, ensuring complete combustion and accurate test results.
• A high-performance infrared sensor provides precise carbon and hydrogen analysis while continuously monitoring the combustion process in real time. This allows accurate detection of the combustion endpoint, reducing test time and improving accuracy.
• The system uses a high-sensitivity, low-drift thermal conductivity cell with independent temperature control to maintain a stable baseline. The ultra-low drift infrared cell requires only one drift correction per day, ensuring consistent and reliable performance.

• The integrated confluence board design provides a compact gas path with low dead volume and minimal moisture residue. Automated and precise flow control ensures improved accuracy and enhanced reliability of the entire gas system.

• The high-stability infrared sensor reaches optimal performance in a short time. A helium throttling system minimizes gas use—maintaining a flow rate of just 0.05 L/min before sample introduction and automatically increasing to 0.7 L/min during analysis. This efficient design significantly reduces helium consumption and overall operating costs compared to other systems.
