Widely utilized in the steel, powder metallurgy, non-ferrous, magnetic materials, new energy, third-party testing, research institutes, and other industries, this analyzer can quickly and simultaneously analyze carbon and sulfur in steel and its alloys, non-ferrous metals, powder metallurgy, rare earth, NdFeB, ores, and other materials. The technology can be applied to analyze carbon and sulfur in solid materials.
Stability and high efficiency of high-frequency power ensure the complete combustion of the full sample, along with an excellent shielding effect against high-frequency interference.
Dual Combustion Furnace Infrared Carbon Sulfur Analyzer - QualiCSA™ 3G
The Dual Combustion Furnace Infrared Carbon Sulfur Analyzer -QualiCSA™ 3G is an advanced infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer with cutting-edge technology. To accommodate the diverse range of samples and analytical methods used by customers, the instrument is equipped with two sets of sample pretreatment units: a high-frequency induction furnace and a tubular resistance furnace.
Both the resistance furnace and the high-frequency induction furnace utilize the same infrared detection system for analyzing the content of the output gases. Switching between the two furnaces is a simple process.
The QualiCSA™ 3G Dual Combustion Furnace Infrared Carbon Sulfur Analyzer is versatile, allowing for the detection of carbon and sulfur in a wide variety of samples, including steel, cast iron, alloys, metal ore, ceramics, cement, lime, rubber, coal, coke, refractory materials, carbide, graphite, oil, catalysts, soil, and other solid materials.
