The Centrifugal Tissue Grinder – QualiGrind™ Cent Freeze grinds samples directly inside centrifuge tubes using high-frequency resonance vibration and grinding beads, producing shear and impact forces that break down tissue efficiently.
A refrigeration compressor supports temperature-controlled processing to help reduce friction-heat effects on nucleic acids and proteins.
Grinding and homogenization can run as dry, wet, or mixed processing, helping labs improve consistency while reducing manual handling. Centrifugation and grinding can be used independently or together, so samples can move from disruption to spin-down without transferring material.
