Concrete Compression Tester QualiCCT-2000 is 2000kN (450,000 lb.f) compression testing machine designed to measure the compressive strength of building materials, including bricks, stones, and concrete. It uses a hydraulic power drive and electro-hydraulic servo control technology, along with computer-based data acquisition and processing, to calculate compressive strength and generate detailed reports.
The system comprises four main components: the test machine, hydraulic power source, measurement and control system, and testing tools. It features real-time dynamic displays of load, time, and test curves, as well as precise control functions and a maximum test force retention feature.
