Concrete Cylinder Moulds for ASTM and AASHTO Compressive Strength Testing

Qualitest’s Concrete Cylinder Moulds are engineered to produce precise cylindrical specimens for compressive strength and elasticity tests in accordance with ASTM C39, ASTM C192, AASHTO T23, and T126 standards. QCY-MC CAST IRON CYLINDER MOULD

This type of cylinder mold is made from cast iron with a black or blue coating. The inner surface is precision-ground on a lathe. It is built to be extremely durable and heavy.

QCY-CW STEEL CYLINDER MOULD

QCY-MS STEEL CYLINDER MOULD

These molds are made from plated steel for rust resistance and maintain their shape even under heavy use. They feature a split design with two quick-release clamps welded to the side. When opened, the mold slightly expands for easy specimen removal. A detachable base plate is included.

QCY-MP PLASTIC CYLINDER MOULD 

The plastic concrete test cylinder mold is reusable, durable, and lightweight for easy transport. It features a two-piece collapsible design for quick assembly. Rust-proof and low-maintenance, it’s ideal for repeated use.
