Concrete Rapid Chloride Migration Tester QualiRCMT
Concrete Rapid Chloride Migration Tester QualiRCMT is designed for aggregates smaller than 25mm (typically under 20mm) in laboratory settings and drilled cores (specimens) in situ. It supports concrete durability planning for chloride environments and facilitates concrete quality evaluation. Using the DuraCrete unsteady electromigration test method, it quantitatively measures concrete's resistance to chloride ion diffusion and determines key parameters for the design, durability assessment, and lifespan prediction of concrete structures in chloride-exposure conditions.

Vacuum Saturation Machine

The intelligent concrete vacuum saturation machine is designed for saturating concrete test blocks and conducting early saturation for concrete chloride ion electric flux and diffusion coefficient experiments. It is essential for durability design in concrete construction for passenger rail lines, marine environments, hydraulic structures, bridges, tunnels, industrial and civil buildings, as well as for production quality control and project acceptance. It is a vital tool for concrete durability laboratories in research institutions.
The machine incorporates advanced international technologies, featuring a microprocessor-based main chip for fully automated control. It can also be manually set and operated, ensuring simplicity in use. The machine is housed in a corrosion-resistant stainless steel cabinet, and can saturate up to 12 test blocks in a single operation.
