Automatic sorting system composed of two tables which enable the pieces to be checked on both sides. The pieces will be loaded in bulk and then separated in different bins, into good parts (in the tolerance range) and scraps, at the end of each inspection cycle. The operator sets the machine with the parameters and the tolerances required and as a result, he obtains a complete report of the good parts, the scrap details and the counting for each type. The machine guarantees a perfect repeatability of the checks and traceability of the inspected batches.
Simple measurement machine which can satisfy most inspection needs. Adaptable for nut, rivet, roller, washer, stud and product can stand stably on the belt.
Inspection parameters
How checks are performed
The operator loads the test material in bulk into the feeder. He or she may then choose the parameter and the tolerance range for the test. The feeder inputs each unit onto the conveyer belt entering the main sorting chamber. As the sample unit passes into the test area, 3 CCD cameras inspect the sample unit from an angle on the top, the side and 45o to the horizontal. The image is gathered and fed through the circuitry to be displayed on the monitor positioned above the machine. Computer analysis then takes place to either accept the unit or reject it based on previously inputted parameters and tolerances. The unit is destined for the bin collecting acceptable units or the bin gathering the rejected units.
