To guarantee the utmost measurement dependability, components and sensors from reputable brands are thoughtfully chosen. Our dedicated in-house team, equipped with specialized training, oversees every phase of production, including assembly, initialization, calibration, packaging, shipping, and installation.

DeMattia Fatigue Tester Standard Calibration Service
Our standard calibration service for the DeMattia Fatigue Tester is conducted in strict accordance with the ISO 132 standard guidelines.
This comprehensive service encompasses:
- Routine maintenance of the instrument
- Calibration of oscillation speed
- Verification of template dimensions
- Temperature calibration within the environmental chamber at four different points (applicable to flexo meters with environmental chambers)
- Provision of a Calibration Certificate, with traceability to primary standards, sent conveniently via email after completion.
