Dynamic Fatigue Testing Machine - QualiDFT™ Series

QualiDFT™ Series is a fatigue testing machine platform that delivers accurate, high-frequency cyclic loading for materials characterization, component validation, and fracture mechanics research. Built on the floor-standing servohydraulic architecture, the series spans five load-frame capacities (25 kN, 50 kN, 100 kN, 250 kN, and 500 kN) to cover a wide range of specimen sizes and test forces. Each model performs tension-tension, tension-compression, and fully reversed fatigue tests on metals, polymers, composites, and biomedical materials.

The floor-standing load frame positions the dynamic actuator at the base, creating a low center of gravity that minimizes vibration and improves specimen alignment. A high-performance hydraulic actuator with a ±75 mm stroke delivers controlled sinusoidal, triangular, and user-defined waveforms at frequencies suited to both low-cycle and high-cycle fatigue regimes. Closed-loop servohydraulic control pairs with a fatigue-rated load cell and optional extensometer to maintain precise force, displacement, or strain throughout the test.

Laboratories select the QualiDFT™ model that matches their capacity requirement. The 25 kN and 50 kN frames suit thin-gauge metals, polymers, and small composite coupons. The 100 kN frame handles standard metallic fatigue specimens per ASTM E466, while the 250 kN and 500 kN frames accommodate thicker cross-sections, structural joints, and full-scale component tests. All five models share a common controller platform, software environment, and grip interface for straightforward scaling.
