Electro-Hydraulic Servo Compression Tester - QT-EHC
QT-EHC electro-hydraulic servo compression testing machine delivers precise closed-loop load control for labs testing cement, concrete, and structural building materials. Two capacity models, 2000 kN and 3000 kN, cover cube specimens from 50 mm to 200 mm and cylinder specimens up to 160 mm diameter and 320 mm height. The electro-hydraulic servo drive maintains Class One accuracy through continuous closed-loop force regulation. Both models include an integrated computer and control console with real-time display of load, time, and load-displacement curves.
The QT-EHC uses an electric-screw mechanism to adjust compression space before each test, enabling fast changeover between specimen heights. Load rate is user-configurable per the applicable test standard, and the control software automatically calculates and prints compressive strength, flexural strength, and mechanical test data at completion. A maximum test force hold function retains peak load data at specimen fracture without manual capture. The servo feedback loop maintains stable force output from test start through specimen failure.
Both models include a pressure safety valve, piston limit switch, and removable front and rear guards as standard safety provisions. Upper compression platens incorporate a self-aligning ball seating assembly that distributes load uniformly across irregular specimen surfaces. All platens carry a surface hardness rating of 50 HRC for extended service life under repeated high-load cycles. The load frame and control console ship as separate units, keeping the lab footprint manageable.
