Essential Type III RO Water System - QualiRWS™ E
QualiRWS™ E Type III water purification system produces reagent-grade laboratory water directly from a standard tap water connection. Two reverse osmosis passes in series bring feed water below 5 µS/cm, and the unit delivers that water on demand from a built-in 1.8-liter pressure tank. Laboratories run it as a bench source of rinse water, washer feed, and makeup water for downstream ultrapure polishing units. Output covers 13 or 25 liters per hour.
A 5-inch color touchscreen drives the system and shows feed conductivity, first-pass rejection rate, second-pass conductivity, tank level, and cartridge life on one screen. The QualiRWS™ E stores up to three years of operating and dispensing records, exports them over USB, and links to a cloud platform over Ethernet or Wi-Fi for remote monitoring. Operators draw single-pass or double-pass water from two separate outlets, in continuous or volume-metered mode.
Two build levels cover different microbiological requirements. The standard QualiRWS™ E meets Type III conductivity and rejection targets for general laboratory work. The UT build adds a terminal microfilter that holds particles above 0.2 µm below 1 per milliliter and bacteria below 0.01 CFU/mL, which suits media rinse work, clinical analyzers, and any application where downstream biofilm is a concern.
