Pressure Release Port

Reusable Pressure Release Port – Designed for repeated use.
Top-Center Pressure Release – ≥0.03m² release area; activates within ≤2ms when chamber pressure reaches 104–108KPa, ensuring immediate pressure relief to prevent damage and protect operators.
Explosion-Proof Chains – 8mm reinforced chains on the door and pressure release port to prevent detachment under high-pressure battery explosions.

Explosion-proof panel

A certified explosion-proof panel instantly releases pressure after an explosion, directing high-pressure air safely through the exhaust pipe.

Explosion-proof hinge, extra protection

The doors feature an explosion-proof design with an additional hinge. A mechanical limiter in the hinge restricts the opening range in case of an explosion, enhancing operator safety.

CO2 Fire Extinguisher

If smoke or fire is detected, the chamber will automatically shut down, and the fire suppression system will activate.

CO, H2 or other flammable air detector

The chamber is equipped with a Honeywell flammable gas detector. If gases such as H₂, CO, HF, COx, or SOx reach a critical concentration, an alarm will trigger, and the exhaust system and fire suppression may activate automatically.

Auto smoke exhausting system

The chamber features an automatic smoke exhaust system on the top, including a ventilator, smoke release port, and ductwork connected to the pressure release port and other chambers. When automatic or manual exhaust is activated, the system expels smoke to protect operators. The ducts can also be connected to a smoke treatment device to prevent environmental damage.

High resolution camera

A high-resolution camera can be installed, covering more than 60% of the chamber for real-time monitoring.
The camera supports infrared (IR) functionality and mobile app integration for remote access.

Electric Lock

Operators can set a password for the electric lock to prevent unauthorized access during testing.
