Gas Permeability Tester Auto Q50-1 Overview:
This product is based on the principle of the differential pressure testing method, designed and manufactured per ISO 2556 and other standards. It incorporates a high-precision pressure sensor and automatic differential pressure technology, ensuring high test accuracy. The unique drawer-type diaphragm test chamber enhances operational convenience.
Suitable for use in food, medicine, medical equipment, daily chemistry, photovoltaic electronics, and other industries, it caters to film, sheet, paper, packaging, and related materials for gas permeability testing. It provides efficient testing for high, medium, and low gas barrier materials.
Test Principle:
The AUTO Q50/1 Gas Permeability Tester operates on the principle of the differential pressure testing method. The processed sample is positioned between the upper and lower cavities. The entire gas system is vacuumed using a vacuum pump. Subsequently, an atmospheric pressure experimental gas is introduced into the upper cavity, establishing a constant pressure difference between the upper and lower cavities.
Under the influence of a pressure gradient, the gas permeates from the upper cavity to the lower cavity. The system calculates gas transmittance and other barrier performance parameters of the sample by analyzing the pressure changes in the lower cavity.
