Test Principle:
The Gas Permeability Tester QT-GTR530 operates on the principle of the differential pressure method. Place the processed sample between the upper and lower chambers, evacuate the entire gas circuit system using a vacuum pump, and introduce an experimental gas at atmospheric pressure to the upper chamber.
This creates a constant pressure difference between the upper and lower chambers. With the pressure gradient, the gas permeates through the membrane from the upper to the lower chamber. The system calculates essential barrier performance parameters, such as gas permeability, based on the pressure change in the lower chamber.
Enhance your testing capabilities with the QT-GTR530 Gas Permeability Tester, providing accurate and efficient gas transmission rate testing for a wide range of materials.
