Testing Principle:

The gas permeability tester QT530L uses the differential pressure method to yield precise results. Simply position the processed sample between the upper and lower chambers, initiate the evacuation of the entire gas circuit system using a vacuum pump, and introduce an atmospheric pressure experimental gas to the upper chamber. This process establishes a constant pressure difference between the upper and lower chambers.

Guided by the pressure gradient, gas permeates from the upper cavity to the lower cavity through the material being tested. The system then accurately calculates vital barrier performance parameters, including the gas permeability of the sample, by analyzing the pressure changes in the lower cavity.
