Our Headphone Slide Life Testing Machine utilizes a Japan Panasonic servo motor drive and a Japan New Treasure planetary reducer transmission, alongside computer software control for easy operation. A force sensor is positioned beneath the fixed platform of the headset. During testing, as the sliding rail extends and force fluctuations occur, the LOADCELL captures real-time force data, which is then recorded in the computer and plotted into a force-displacement curve.
Upon completion of the test, the machine can store the force-displacement curve and generate a specialized test report, which can be saved in PDF or Excel format. The program also offers control functions to test the fatigue life of the sliding rail under various conditions, including fixed force values, positional shifts, and fixed frequencies.
