Heating Bath – QualiHB™ Series

Heating Bath (-8°C to 200°C)

Process Thermostat Heating Bath systems in the QualiHB™ Series deliver stable liquid temperature control for internal bath circulation or external closed-loop heating. A built-in controller maintains the setpoint while the circulation pump improves temperature uniformity across the tank.

The platform supports routine lab heating tasks, method development, and temperature conditioning for connected devices such as reactors, condensers, viscometers, or sample blocks.

The QualiHB™ Series Heating Bath is designed for precise, constant temperature control and auxiliary heating in laboratories, universities, and industrial R&D settings. Touchscreen temperature display shows set and actual values, with over-temperature alarm protection for safer operation. Internal and external circulation modes allow the bath to run as a standalone heater or as a process thermostat supplying heated fluid to other equipment.

Power-off protection with delayed restart helps protect the refrigeration/heating system and electronics after outages. Microprocessor control with timing functions supports repeatable workflows and unattended steps such as warm-up, soak, and hold cycles.
