A Tissue Grinder in the QualiGrind™ HT Series is a high-throughput bead-beating system built for fast, repeatable sample disruption and homogenization in standard tubes and plate formats. It uses high-frequency vertical oscillation to generate shear and impact forces between the sample and grinding beads, supporting efficient breakdown for downstream workflows like DNA/RNA and protein extraction.

Multiple configurations scale from small batch processing to plate-based workflows, with optional adapters, cryogenic accessories, and different bead materials to match sample hardness and heat sensitivity. Built-in programs, touchscreen control (model-dependent), and safety interlocks support consistent day-to-day lab operation.
