Industrial Food Freeze Dryer – QualiFFD™ In Series
A Food Freeze Dryer supports low-temperature dehydration that preserves shape, taste, and aroma better than hot-air drying. The QualiFFD™ In Series Freeze Dryer is built for industrial food freeze-drying with two configurations, QualiFFD™ In 20 and QualiFFD™ In 30, designed for in-situ processing. Recommended loading capacity ranges from 200–300 kg (QualiFFD™ In 20) and 300–450 kg (QualiFFD™ In 30). The QualiFFD™ In Series successfully use on foods such as lemons and ice cream.
QualiFFD™ In Series is an in-situ Freeze Dryer system designed for high-throughput food production. Pre-freezing and drying take place in the same chamber to reduce handling and support batch consistency.
An embedded touchscreen with a dedicated modular controller is described for stable control and reliable operation. The control platform can store multiple recipes, with up to 36 segments per recipe to support multi-stage ramps and holds. Process parameters can be adjusted during a run to support recipe refinement and scale-up work.
