Industrial Videoscope - QualiScope™ I
Industrial Videoscope, model QualiScope™ I, is a modular system that runs five interchangeable probes, from 2 mm to 6 mm, off one 5-inch handheld unit. A single handset covers work that would take several scopes, so a technician moves from a 2 mm micro-probe in tight tubing to a 6 mm 360° articulating probe in a large cavity without switching tools. The IPS display shows high-definition, wide-angle images with accurate color, and tubes reach up to 8 m for remote targets.
Articulation scales with the probe. The 2 mm and 3 mm probes run straight for narrow, direct-access paths, the 2.8 mm probe adds four-way steering, and the 3.9 mm and 6 mm probes bend a full 360° past 180° for off-axis features. A high-density tungsten-wire braided insertion tube resists abrasion and repeated flexing, with an articulation life rated over 30,000 cycles. The sapphire-glass lens repels oil and water and resists scratching, keeping the view clear inside dirty engines and wet lines.
On-board storage, a rechargeable pack, and field-swappable parts keep the QualiScope™ I working through long jobs. A 32 GB TF card holds captured photos and video, a 3,500 mAh battery detaches for quick changes, and the snake tube swaps out when a probe wears. A high-temperature alarm with automatic power-off protects the electronics in hot cavities. Maintenance teams in automotive, pipeline, and machinery service use it for engine carbon inspection, pipe repair, and remote visual inspection.
