Theory and Method
The QualiCool™ IC Series controls process temperature by circulating a heat transfer fluid through your load (reactor jacket, coil, or external loop) while a refrigeration circuit removes heat from that fluid.
Core refrigeration components work as a closed cycle: compressor, condenser, expansion valve, evaporator, and separators/filters. A PID-based controller regulates operation using multi-point temperature feedback (including PT100 sensors) to maintain setpoint stability across changing heat loads.
