A Process Thermostat and Heating Temperature Control System keeps your process fluid at a stable setpoint while circulating it through a reactor jacket, heat exchanger, or external loop. QualiHeat™ IH Series delivers controlled heating from 50°C to 300°C with a closed-loop circulation design that supports repeatable batch conditions and steady heat transfer.
It is built for production labs and pilot environments where temperature stability impacts yield, viscosity, and reaction timing. A touchscreen HMI with curve display helps operators track performance during long runs. Custom configurations are available to match flow, port size, and site utilities.
QualiHeat™ IH Series is an integrated circulating temperature controller designed to deliver and maintain a stable thermal media temperature across a wide process window. The controller uses intelligent control logic and multiple temperature feedback points to manage thermal media outlet temperature and product temperature targets.
A fully enclosed circulation loop helps reduce oil mist at high temperatures and limits moisture absorption at lower operating points. Program control supports stepped ramps and soak segments for process development and repeatable SOPs. Communication via RS485/MODBUS RTU supports basic integration with plant monitoring or data logging.
