Karl Fischer Coulometric Moisture Titrator – QKF-A9-V2
Karl Fischer Coulometric Moisture Titrator – QKF-A9-V2 is ideal for samples that cannot be directly added to the electrolytic cell. Paired with the QKF-A9-V2 cartridge heating furnace for gas phase extraction, it offers a seamless solution. During this process, place the sample in a sample bottle, transfer it to the heating furnace, and heat it to a specific temperature (up to 300°C). The water is then extracted by dry air or nitrogen and transferred to the electrolytic cell for perfect testing. With this system, samples can be directly added to the electrolytic cell without the need for a supporting card heater.
Excellent automation systems can also be applied to various difficult problems

For samples that cannot be directly added to the electrolytic cell, the supporting Cassegrain heating furnace is perfect. The solution is to extract and transfer the water into the electrolytic cell through dry gas, ensuring a perfect test. Samples can be directly added into the electrolytic cell without the need for a supporting card-type heating furnace.
A simple and intelligent heating furnace ensures accurate and reliable measurement of samples

The robust and durable design of the QKF-V2 ensures trouble-free handling of samples and enables accurate testing results. Place the sample bottle into the heating furnace, where it is continuously heated from the bottom and all around to ensure uniform temperature distribution. The water released by the sample is transferred to the sample cell through carrier gas. Specially designed oak rubber plugs ensure good sealing, prevent steam overflow, and achieve a recovery rate of up to 100%.
