QualiTip+, our latest and top-selling Portable Leeb Rebound-type Hardness Tester, featuring cutting-edge micro-electronic technology, is built upon the Leeb Rebound principle. This pocket-size portable leeb hardness tester is uniquely designed, complete with a carrying case, test block, and probe as standard accessories, integrating a hardness impact probe, microprocessor, and data display into a single, compact unit.
Compliant with ASTM A956 standard, like all other Rebound-type Leeb Hardness Testers, QualiTip+ ensures accuracy with minimum sample requirements of 3/8" (10mm) thickness and 11lb (5kg) weight. If your samples don’t meet these minimum requirements you may consider other portable hardness tester models such as UCI from our range.
As standard QualiTip+ is offered with an integrated D Impact Probe. However, as an option, we provide an optional QualiTip+ DL model equipped with an extended DL Probe for hard-to-access areas.
