Main Function:

This instrument represents a new generation of automatic Macro Vickers hardness tester. It features an integrated design combining the hardness tester and a panel computer, operating on the Windows 7 operating system with full computer functionality.

Equipped with a CCD image acquisition system, it showcases the indentation image directly on the touch screen and automatically calculates the Vickers hardness value. Departing from the traditional method of measuring diagonal length through an eyepiece, it eliminates the strain and visual fatigue caused by eyepiece light sources, safeguarding the operator's eyesight. This marks a significant innovation in Vickers hardness testing.

All testing parameters can be selected on the panel computer, providing quick and convenient operation with a clear and intuitive display via the touchscreen. The CCD image acquisition system ensures clear imagery and hardness value retrieval with a simple touch on the screen.

Automatic recognition and shifting between the objective and the indenter allow for the automatic determination of Vickers hardness values. Additionally, it incorporates a hardness scale conversion function.

The system supports two languages: English and Chinese. Its USB, VGA, and LAN interfaces enable hardness measurements to be printed through the USB interface. It also automatically saves measurement data, generates hardness-depth curves, and saves them as WORD or EXCEL documents.

Featuring a motorized X-Y test table, automatic focusing, and automatic measuring, it achieves full automation in Vickers hardness testing.

Application Range:

This instrument is suitable for testing the hardness of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, IC thin sections, coatings, ply-metals, as well as glass, ceramics, agate, precious stones, and thin plastic sections. It excels in hardness testing on the depth and trapezium of carbonized layers and quench-hardened layers.
