The QualiVick™ 10/30/50 Fully Automatic Series represents a cutting-edge advancement in Vickers hardness testing. These automatic Macro Vickers hardness tester feature an integrated design with a panel computer operating on the Windows 7 system, combining the functionality of a hardness tester and a computer. The CCD image acquisition system allows for direct display of indentation images on the touchscreen, ensuring efficient and precise hardness value retrieval. The instrument eliminates traditional eyepiece measurement methods, reducing visual strain and fatigue. With a user-friendly touchscreen interface, it offers quick parameter selection and clear displays.

The QualiVick™ 10/30/50 series supports two languages (English and Chinese) and includes USB, VGA, and LAN interfaces for convenient data transfer and printing. Notably, it automatically saves measurement data, generates hardness-depth curves, and saves results in WORD or EXCEL documents. Featuring a motorized X-Y test table, automatic focusing, and measuring capabilities, it achieves full automation in Vickers hardness testing.

This series is versatile, and suitable for testing the hardness of various materials, including ferrous and non-ferrous metals, IC thin sections, coatings, ply metals, glass, ceramics, agate, precious stones, and thin plastic sections. Its advanced capabilities make it particularly effective in hardness testing on carbonized layers and quench-hardened layers. The QualiVick™ 10/30/50 Fully Automatic Series is a state-of-the-art solution for accurate and efficient Vickers hardness measurements.
