Manual Liquid Limit Device (Casagrande LL Apparatus)
Liquid Limit is the moisture content at which soil transitions from a liquid to a plastic state. It represents the lowest water content at which the soil begins to flow under a slight shear force. The Plastic Limit is the moisture content at which soil changes from a plastic to a semi-solid state.

Used to determine the moisture content at which clay soils transition from a plastic to a liquid state.
