Datagest Software: Comprehensive Traceability
The Datagest software is an integral Database Management Tool bundled with all instrument-control programs.
This program enables you to:
- Choose, filter, print, export, and analyze stored test results from all connected instruments.
- Develop test procedures by outlining test conditions and desired output.
- Establish tolerance limits for each product, either through manual input or by utilizing statistical analysis (mean and standard deviation) of archived results.
- Generate comprehensive multi-instrument test reports.

Standard SQL Database
All programs utilize a SQL-structured database for result storage.
The database can be installed within an SQL instance on the company server or on a PC linked to a measuring instrument. The installation of Microsoft SQL service (Express version) is included in the package.

Industry 4.0 Integration
Both the instrument and the software have been purposefully designed to enhance integration with diverse environments.
The SQL-formatted database and the Company_Connect program enable you to synchronize your company's management software with the database. This streamlines test identification and facilitates the use of bar-code readers or similar devices, thereby enhancing efficiency.

Test Report Generation
Version 10 programs offer the following options for creating test reports:
- Choice of printing language
- Inclusion of the company logo
- Printing of individual tests or test groups

- Class 1 Safety switch that prevents the dies from closing if the safety panel isn't shut.

- Safety lock on the maintenance access door, ensuring secure operation even under non-standard conditions.

The calibration of the instrument adheres to international standards' specifications.
The calibration report encompasses the subsequent steps:
- Measuring the gap between the test dies
- Recording temperatures of the upper and lower dies
- Evaluating thermal recovery time at test commencement

- Measuring the closing force of the testing chambers
- Assessing torque measurement
- Gauging the customer-supplied calibrator spring
- Measuring dimensions of testing dies (optional)
The calibration report offers complete traceability back to the reference instruments employed.
The calibration report culminates with the final check utilizing the standard rubber.
Design and Manufacturing
The MDR Moving Die Rheometer – Rheocheck MD Drive undergoes complete development and manufacturing at our WorldofTest partner, Gibitre’s state-of-the-art facility in Italy, and Europe and it’s supported globally.
The mechanical components are crafted in-house, utilizing cutting-edge CNC machines in the company workshop.
To ensure the utmost measurement reliability, components and sensors from reputable brands are chosen.
Our internal team of trained professionals oversees every stage of production, from assembly and start-up to calibration, packing, shipping, and installation. This meticulous approach guarantees a high standard of quality and performance.
Torque Transducer
The Interface® torque transducer is strategically positioned within the upper test chamber to mitigate the effects of friction and vibrations. This deliberate design selection enhances the precision and dependability of measurements.

Die Oscillation Control
The mechanics guiding the oscillating motion of the lower test chamber have been thoughtfully engineered to guarantee peak instrument performance, even during demanding operations and extended usage periods. This includes the incorporation of a Siemens® motor and SKF® bearings, recognized for their dependable performance.
Supplied with the instrument are calibrated gauges, which make adjusting the oscillation angle to either 0.5° or 1.0° a breeze. This functionality empowers accurate tailoring in line with specific testing needs.

Polyester or polyamide film rolls designed for the automatic loader of MD Rheometers, featuring the following specifications:
- Film Thickness: 0.023mm
- Film Width: 130 mm
- Internal Diameter of the Roll: 76 mm
- Outside Diameter of the Roll: 176 mm
- Film Length: 770 m
Please note: To utilize the loader, two rolls are required. A set of rolls permits the execution of 3200 tests using the loader.
