Micro CNC Milling Machine QualiMill™ M4 is a high performance Micro CNC Milling Machine suitable for metal and plastic specimens, ideal for universities and R&D labs.
QualiMill™ M4 is a compact and user-friendly CNC milling machine designed for high stability and precision. Equipped with a high-performance 4-axis CNC controller, it supports multiple language interfaces and includes an MPG handwheel as standard.
Built with premium-grade cast materials, the machine features high-precision linear guides, ball screws, and a semi-automatic lubrication system. Its fully enclosed, high-visibility interlocking guard ensures safety, while the frequency-controlled water-cooled spindle motor delivers speeds up to 24,000 RPM (optional servo motor: 100–3,500 RPM).
The standard XYZ axis operates on a stepper motor, with an optional AC servo motor upgrade. Additional options include an automatic alignment instrument and a 4th axis with a harmonic reducer.
Ideal for cutting a variety of materials, including wax, plastic, acrylic, free-cutting alloys, aluminum, and steel. Compatible with leading software such as MasterCAM, UG, Fusion 360, and SolidWorks. Perfect for technology development, advertising design, art, vocational training, and CNC enthusiasts.
