Micro-Diameter Video Borescope - QualiScope™ M
Micro-Diameter Video Borescope, model QualiScope™ M, reaches openings other scopes cannot, with probes starting at 0.9 mm and a series that steps up to 6.0 mm across eight sizes. One main unit accepts interchangeable insertion tubes through a detachable connector, so a technician swaps probe size and length without changing handsets. Fiber-optic illumination and a 120° field of view deliver clear, well-lit images on a 5-inch high-definition screen. The thinnest probes slip into fuel injectors, small holes, and precision parts that larger scopes miss.
QualiScope™ M steers according to the probe: fixed tips on the finest models, bi-directional bending in the mid range, and 360° omnidirectional control on the larger probes, all with a 160° to 180° bending angle. A virtual ruler measures features on-screen, and freeze, zoom, flip, and playback help the operator study a defect. WiFi, HDMI, and Type-C ports move live video and files to monitors and computers. A high-temperature alarm warns the operator before heat can damage the probe.
A rechargeable lithium pack supports online charging and runs at least four hours per shift. The waterproof, oil-resistant insertion tube stands up to automotive, aerospace, rail, shipbuilding, power, and petrochemical work. Buyers pick the diameter, length, and steering that fit the target, and custom configurations are available on request.
