Motorized Yarn Twist Tester / Counter QualiYTT™ II
Motorized Yarn Twist Tester/Counter QualiYTT-II measures yarn twist by detecting length changes after twisting. It uses either a pointer or sensor to determine the twist value, offering crucial data for textile processes.
Equipped with an advanced F1C controller, the machine features built-in pretension data and suggests appropriate load settings for different yarn types. It automatically determines specimen length and twist count while displaying real-time test data. This allows users to monitor the process and conduct statistical analyses afterward. For high-twist yarns, the machine automatically reduces speed to deliver more accurate results.
Note:
- Auto mode is suitable for single yarn only.
- For two-fold or multi-ply yarn, use manual mode with the pin method.
- For elastic yarns, pre-testing is recommended.
