QualiDigi™ Readout 400 is a multifunction digital readout designed to process X/Y/Z (or X/Y/Q) signals from linear scales, display results in mm or inch, and support common geometry measurements on-screen.

A 5.6-inch color display and sealed silicone keypad help keep operation straightforward in daily QC work.

Dimension checks and routine QC

Use DP400 to calculate distances, angles, and feature locations while running a Video Measuring Projector inspection. Built-in functions reduce manual calculations and help standardize operator workflow.

Geometry measurement for profiles and features

Supports measurement of points, lines, circles, angles, rectangles, ellipses, slots, rounding, and constructed elements. This is useful for profile verification on machined parts, stamped components, and small hardware.

Multi-axis compensation and repeatable setups

Section and linear compensation are available for three axes to help maintain consistent readings after setup or service. Password permissions also help protect settings from accidental changes.

Peripheral integration for smoother inspection

Connect accessories such as a foot switch, printer, and optical edge finder to streamline measurement capture and documentation. RS232 output supports basic data export to external systems when needed.
